The Girls Got It was founded by Lexie and Sara, best friends since college who moved to Houston together and shared a vision — to help others feel supported, understood, and at peace in their own spaces.

Both women work full-time in medical device sales and are proud local homeowners who understand firsthand how overwhelming home projects and upkeep can feel. Through their own experiences hiring contractors and cleaning services, they noticed how often transparency and honesty were missing — and they wanted to change that.

So, they built The Girls Got It: a company rooted in trust, clarity, and genuine care. What started as helping friends declutter and reset their spaces grew into a movement centered around support — the same foundation that has always defined their friendship.

To bring their vision to life, they teamed up with close friends whose talents span contracting, finance, organization, plumbing, home design, and travel — each one adding a unique strength to the team. Together, they’re creating an uplifting environment that empowers women, diversity, and anyone in need of a little extra support.
